One to keep & One to toss!
The material is a satiny ivory.
The thinner garter has a tiny pearl like bead on top of 2 thin ribbons - one is ivory and the other is a light blue (something blue!)
The wider garter has an ivory bow with tiny pearl like beads and a center clear crystal bead.
Very pretty and a reasonably priced!
I purchased many items from a wedding boutique that went out of business - the box has the usual wear from rubbing against other boxes
