Please email with any questions. Fourteen LUXURY TAX tokens and two PUBLIC WELFARE tokens from Louisiana. Each one is a 5 mill token that had a face value of 1/2 cent. These are from the 1930's and 1940's and show some surface wear. Interesting old tokens.
