How To Order:
1. Make sure to let us know which color and width lace you would like in the Note Box during checkout along with your thigh measurement and wedding date.
** If you don't leave your thigh measurement in the Note section, our standard garter set will be made & shipped to you. Our standard garter is 20."  If a lace color & width choice is not mentioned, we will send you the lace shown in the listing.
** Shipping - Please allow approx. 3 to 5 business days to complete the order.
**All Garter orders will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail (Transit time normally takes 2-3 business days). If you need it sooner, please send us a convo.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if for some reason you are not, please let us know within 24 hrs. of receiving your merchandise and we will address your concerns. We personally inspect all items prior to shipping to ensure that you are receiving quality merchandise, so if you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hrs. of receipt along with a photo of the damaged merchandise so that we can send you a replacement. The item must be returned to us within one week from the date you receive it. A 50% custom order fee will be applied to all returned custom orders. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
